We are a group of Human Kinetics and Recreation students taking the Kinesiology pathway through Memorial University.

We are Leah Rideout, Spencer Dean and Emilee Farrell.

Our goal is to reduce sedentary behaviour to enhance the quality of life through physical activity, healthy living and health education!

I am a 3rd-year Kinesiology student at Memorial University, St John's, NL, with hopes to pursue physiotherapy (specialty in stroke and concussion management) or medicine.
