The campaign's goal is to reduce sedentary behaviour by encouraging individuals to increase their physical activity levels and reduce sedentary behaviour. Therefore, the campaign has decided to promote a physical activity challenge in which individuals can choose what type of activity they would like to participate in! (See our instagram for more information on the challenges!) :)
Our prizes are a variety of gift cards that can be distributed across Canada as easily as possible to ensure simplicity for all users and participants.
